The AUDE federates today about sixty members and brings together users, owners and economic actors located in La Défense and in its immediate environment.

The association’s main objective is to safeguard and prosper La Défense within the framework of an ambition of international dimension, it remains vigilant to defend the collective interests of its members to be:

• One of the expressions of the economic world
• To commit to the architectural quality of La Défense, which includes the quality of the projects of its members
• To support these economic dynamics, by building housing and strengthening the accessibility of the business district, in particular by reinforcing the offer of public transport and the quality of equipment
• To promote the cultural function of La Défense

The association consists of founding members and adherent members.

It operates with a 15-member board of directors that meets about five times a year. The term of office of a member of the Board is three years.

The members meet at least once a year in ordinary general assembly and twice in ordinary plenary session. The number of representatives of the same legal person (company) is limited to two.
