Presentation of the “URBANISM” commission

The programming of the realization of 450,000 m2 of offices, may seem ambitious at the level of the perimeter of the business district.

The planning principles that determine the development of these new operations must be consistent and of high quality. They must also value the existing tissues and generate soft interactions, creating links with the adjoining municipalities.
AUDE wishes to contribute to the urban planning reflections of the La Défense business district.

MAJUNGA – The reinvented tower

MAJUNGA is an open tower, bright, ecological – architecture by Jean-Paul VIGUIER – built by Unibail-Rodamco to be delivered in August 2014.
This is the first tower of La Défense offering outdoor spaces on each floor (loggia or balcony) and 2,000m² of terraces and private gardens.

In terms of the environment, it is presented as the first HQE BBC 1 and BREEAM “Excellent” (“Building Research”) office tower with a surface area of ​​63,200 m² SUBL, the tower is 195 meters high and can accommodate up to 5,000 workstations spread over 39 floors in superstructure, each bathed in light with high ceilings of 2,70 meters.
